AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM PK - 8
For your convenience we have an extended day program available each day of the school year for our registered students. The program is open from 2:30pm to 6:00pm on regular dismissal days and 11:30am to 6:00pm on early dismissal days. This is an excellent opportunity to obtain extended day care for your child under the supervision of a staff member.
PLEASE NOTE STUDENTS MUST BE PICKED UP BY 6:00 p.m.
You will be charged $10.00 for each additional 1/2 hour past the pickup time
PLEASE PROVIDE A SNACK/DRINK FOR YOUR CHILD
RATES for 2011/2012
One Child $ 6.00 per hour
Two Children $ 8.00 per hour
Three Children $ 12.00 per hour
PAYMENT PLAN and PROCEDURE FOR REGISTERING
A calendar is available in the Family eEnvelope section of this website (under the Parents tab). Please mark the days your child will be attending the programs. Mark “am” or “pm” appropriately. Count the number of hours and multiply by the rate. Send your payment to the school office, along with the fully completed calendar of the month. Your child will be put on the list of the day by the selections you make on the calendar.
Please be sure to include all emergency information when submitting each am care and/or pm care calendar.
